How to Add or Remove Addresses

Add User

  1. Hit the Menu (Home Icon) button on the interface panel.
  2. Select 'Address Book' on the touch screen.
  3. Select 'New' on the touch screen.
  4. Select 'email' in the 'Address Type' on the touch screen.
  5. Enter the First Name & Last Name of the desired user in the 'Name' field.
  6. Enter the email in the 'email' field.
    1. 'Shift' is toggle and reveals the '@' symbol, but remains active until pressed again.
  7. Verify all the information is entered correctly.
  8. Select 'Register' on the touch screen.

Delete User

  1. Hit the Menu (Home Icon) button on the interface panel.
  2. Select 'Address Book' on the touch screen.
  3. Navigate to the desired user to remove and select (highlights when selected).
  4. Select 'Delete' on the bottom row of buttons on the touch screen.
  5. Confirm deletion.
